Label's activity

Lost Realm Records is an independent music label. Its activity is based on the release and promotion of heavy music. The label does not support or focus on ideological issues of any kind, whether they are social, political, religious, philosophical, or any other type that may cause division, harm, partiality, or prejudice. Our interest is music.

Copyright

All names, images, logos and audios, associated with Lost Realm Records or any band that works or have work with the label, are protected by the copyright laws.

Item availability

We try to control the label's stock daily in order to not pass misleading information to our customers. Our activity does not only work through this website, but also through physical sales and other online platforms. Sometimes, it may take 2 to 5 business days to make a reliable stock update. Whenever an item is not available, and therefore we are unable to send it to the customer, we will contact the respective customer, in order to understand whether it is his wish to continue with the order or not. The customer is free to cancel the entire order, even if only one item is missing. Any other type of cancellation must be reported to Lost Realm Records within 48 hours. After that period, the label reserves the right to not issue any refund.

Payments

We accept the following payments: PayPal, wire/bank transfer and all the major Credit/Debir Cards. All orders will be processed only after the funds are available.

The web

The label is only responsible for the information present on its website and on its official channels on social networks. Any other information that is present elsewhere on the web is not binding and is not based on any objective determined and decided by Lost Realm Records. The label is not responsible for any links shared on other websites, nor the image or associated audios.

Privacy Policy

Lost Realm Records inform its customers that all purchase orders, issued through our online store, will be object of an exchange of information related to personal data (name, postal address, email address, phone number, etc), which will be automatically processed through the online store server engine, which the official authorities (Portuguese and European Union Law) has been peremptorily notified. In that sense, Lost Realm Records will control and manage all the personal data, only with the objectives related to the label's activity (dispatch of orders and promotional material, improvement of online experience, newsletters, etc). All the personal data used during the transaction between the customers and Lost Realm Records will not be shared with any third party. The customer needs also to guarantee the validity of all the personal data, objectively in terms truth, authenticity, fidelity, etc. Lost Realm Records is not responsible for any untruthful data used during the process of ordering through our online store.
