We always try to pack the items the best way possible (we use profissional packaging for all our orders), but unfortunately sometimes the customers end up receiving the items with damage. We obviously can not control the carriers handling and transportation facilities. Nevertheless, in the case you receive the items with damage, we will try our best to solve the problem directly with you. You just need to contact us through our email and we will arrange the best way to solve the issue.
You may return a damaged or wrong item following these terms and conditions:
1. The item must be returned within seven (5) business days, counting from the date of delivery;
2. In the case of wrong item (what you receive is not what you bought), the item must be returned in same condition as when was sold;
3. The return shipping costs will be assumed by the consumer in the case of damaged items;
4. The return shipping costs will be assumed by the label in the case of wrong item delivery;
Lost Realm Records has the right to revoke this policies at any time, by publishing accordingly all the new terms and conditions.
